
Terms and Conditions for fundsforNGOs Podcast Interviews

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to all individuals (“Interviewee”) participating in podcasts, interviews, video recordings, or audio sessions produced by FUNDSFORNGOS LLC (“Producer”, “We”, “Us”).
By participating in the interview, the Interviewee agrees to the following:
1. Permission to Record
The Interviewee grants full permission to the Producer to record the interview in audio and/or video format during the scheduled session.
This includes any pre-interview discussion that may be used as part of the recording.
2. Rights to Use, Edit & Distribute
The Interviewee grants the Producer worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free rights to:
- Record, edit, and modify the interview content
- Publish it on any platform (website, YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, social media, email newsletters, etc.)
- Use excerpts or clips for marketing and promotional purposes
- Create derivative works such as articles, quotes, social posts, training materials, or educational content
The Producer is not obligated to publish the interview.
3. Intellectual Property
The Interviewee confirms that all materials, stories, or examples they share:
- Belong to them OR
- They have permission to disclose OR
- Are publicly available or non-confidential
The Interviewee agrees not to share any confidential, proprietary, or legally sensitive information during the interview.
4. No Compensation
Participation is voluntary.
The Interviewee will not receive payment, fees, royalties, revenue share, or financial benefits for appearing in the podcast or for any related use of the recorded content.
5. Right to Edit
The Producer reserves full editorial control, including:
- Removing or including segments
- Editing for clarity, length, quality, or accuracy
- Adding intros/outros, graphics, captions, or contextual information
The Interviewee will not have approval rights over the final edited version.
6. Use of Name, Image, and Bio
The Interviewee permits the Producer to use:
- Their name
- Job title and organization
- Photograph or headshot
- Short professional bio
- Publicly available information
…for promotional and publishing purposes related to the podcast.
7. Accuracy of Statements
The Interviewee is responsible for the accuracy of statements they make during the interview.
The Producer will not be liable for any factual inaccuracies, opinions, or statements expressed by the Interviewee.
8. Withdrawal Policy
After recording, the Interviewee may request withdrawal before publication, but the Producer is not obligated to comply unless legally required.
Once published, the content may not be removed unless required by law.
9. Liability Waiver
The Interviewee releases the Producer from any claims, demands, or legal actions arising from:
- Participation in the interview
- Publication or distribution of the content
- Editing or alteration of the recording
The Interviewee participates at their own risk.
10. Technical Requirements
The Interviewee agrees to:
- Join the recording on time
- Ensure a stable internet connection
- Use a functional microphone or headset
- Record in a quiet environment
The Producer may reschedule if quality is insufficient.
11. Respectful Conduct
The Interviewee agrees to maintain professional, respectful, and non-discriminatory communication during the interview. The Producer may terminate the interview if inappropriate content or conduct occurs.
12. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, where FUNDSFORNGOS LLC is registered.
Acceptance
By participating in the interview or submitting the Guest Application Form, the Interviewee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
